Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Delivery

Customers may request cancellation before the mat is dispatched by contacting our team via WhatsApp or call. If any payment has been made in advance, it will be refunded accordingly.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once the mat has been dispatched for delivery, cancellation requests may not be accepted. In such cases, delivery or handling charges (if applicable) may be deducted.

Refund Policy

  • Any advance payment or refundable security deposit will be refunded after the mat is returned and inspected.
  • Refunds are processed only if the mat is returned in good condition, subject to normal wear and tear.
  • If damage is found, applicable charges will be deducted as per the Damage Policy.

Early Return

If the mat is returned before the rental period ends, the rental fee for the unused period is non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Partial usage of the rental period
  • Improper use or damage to the mat

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and confirmation.

Matcure reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on policy terms and condition of the product.
