By accessing this website or renting a Matcure Heat Therapy Mat, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

1. Rental Service

Matcure provides heat therapy mats on a rental basis for personal use only. The mat remains the property of Matcure at all times.

2. Eligibility

Customers must be 18 years or older to rent the mat. By placing a booking, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Usage Guidelines

The mat must be used according to the provided usage instructions. The mat should not be misused, modified, or used in any unsafe manner.

4. Health Disclaimer

The mat is designed for comfort and relaxation support only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Customers with medical concerns should consult a healthcare professional before use.

5. Rental Period

The rental period begins on the date of delivery and ends on the scheduled pickup date. Extensions must be requested before the rental period ends and are subject to availability.

6. Payments

Rental payments may be made via pay-at-delivery or online bank transfer. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after inspection of the mat.

7. Delivery & Pickup

Matcure provides doorstep delivery and pickup across the UAE. Delivery and pickup schedules are coordinated with the customer.

8. Damage & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for the mat during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is acceptable. Any damage beyond normal use may result in repair or replacement charges, as outlined in the Damage Policy.

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy available on our website.

10. Privacy

Customer data is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We respect and protect your personal information.

11. Limitation of Liability

Matcure is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper use of the mat or failure to follow usage guidelines.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Matcure reserves the right to refuse or cancel service if misuse, violation of terms, or unsafe behavior is identified.

13. Changes to Terms

Matcure may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
