Damage Policy
All rental mats are provided in clean, sanitized, and fully functional condition. Customers are responsible for using the mat carefully and in accordance with the provided usage guidelines.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use is acceptable and will not incur any charges. However, any damage caused by misuse, negligence, water exposure, physical impact, electrical tampering, cutting, burning, or improper handling may result in repair or replacement costs.
The condition of the mat will be inspected at the time of pickup or return. If damage beyond normal wear and tear is identified, the customer will be informed and applicable charges will be adjusted against the refundable security deposit. If repair or replacement costs exceed the deposit amount, the customer may be required to cover the remaining balance.
Matcure reserves the right to assess the extent of damage and determine appropriate charges. All assessments and charges, if any, will be communicated transparently.
